More: Tess is a rescue of Maddie’s Fund at Incline Pet Network. She was found discarded as a four week old at the side of road with her brothers and sisters in So Cal. She was brought up to Incline Village where I was lucky enough to adopt her. She is the sweetest thing on earth!
