More: Tex is a shelter dog, and we're his third and final family! Despite hopping from home to home, Tex has adopted us right back with open arms (paws!). He is so friendly - Tex won't budge on his walk without a pet from a passerby - is a friend to all dogs - he's a favorite of the smallest puppies and largest breeds at the dog park - and most of all, whines when he's not outside. We think Tex is just the best.
