More: Thea was left tied to an animal shelter porch after hours and left alone until the shelter manager came in to open. The people left a note with her giving a little information. She was 6 years old and had a very bad skin condition. Over half of her body was hairless with sores all over her from scratching. The Vet that assessed her feels she had at least 10 litters of puppies. Today she is a very healthy young lady with quite the attitude! We are so grateful to the folks that dumped her off at the shelter for us! Truly a case of who saved who?
