More: Tobi has a great story. He was found running the streets of New Orleans multiple times, until the pound held him. It was a kill shelter and he was next up, until the SPCA came and took every dog from the shelter due to the hurricanes that were about to come through. He was brought to Branywine SPCA in Delaware where my girlfriend and I adopted him and brought him back to Fingerlakes Region of NY.
