More: ToMo was born with Spina Bifida and enrolled in an experimental research trial at UC-Davis. With surgery and stem cell treatment, she can now walk (with a little hitch) and run surprisingly fast, and loves nothing more than chasing balls, hers and others. She will always be a diaper baby, but she couldn't have a more joyful character, or be a bigger flirt with both humans, and dogs of all sizes.
