More: I flew from Vermont to meet Toons at Columbus, OH airport on a Saturday in August 2018 and bring her back with me to her new home. She spent her first years on a lap with an elderly couple. When they could no longer care for her, she was put on Petfinders.com. That is where I found her. Now, she lives here in Vermont and has many adventures hiking, playing at Dog Mountain, kayaking on Lake Champlain and, her favorite, riding in her custom basket on my bike on the Burlington Greenway along the coast of Lake Champlain.
