More: Layla and Trigger are rescue dogs and are the sweetest pups!!! Their Mommy didn't take care of them so now they are in a much better place here with us. Trigger was diagnosed with a tumor in his colon a year ago and we are told it is inoperable and we should put him down immediately. Well we didn't have the heart to do that so we made some diet changes and he is comfortable and very happy.
