More: Tugger is a pandemic rescue dog. She was rescued in Alabama and brought to Chicago by my dog-loving friend who also fostered her. I saw a pic on Facebook and fell in love. She is an energetic, loving snuggle bug. So happy to have found this cutie pie! ❤️
