More: Tuli was a puppy mill rescue. We adopted her 2.5 years ago, right as she was turning 6. At the time, she was not housebroken, could not walk up or down stairs or on a leash. She lived in a cage and was used exclusively for breeding. She was afraid of everyone and was very overweight. She’s lost 9 pounds and now bounds up and down the stairs. Runs through the yard and loves her walks. She is the sweetest girl and wants to be held and in a lap whenever she can. She loves her cavalier siblings and everyone she meets. She is a brand new dog.
