More: Urbie showed up on a highway with another dog. The one he was with got hit by a car leaving him alone. He must have escaped from a chain and heavy collar as he had marks on his neck, was skinny and full of ticks. Here he is now with his custom orvis collar proud to be part of our family. He is such a sweet loving boy despite what he has been through.
