More: Vino was a rescue I got through Spinone USA Rescue. I drove from Northern California to Billings, Montana to get him. His owner had rescued him when he was 9 months old, but due to failing health, was rehoming all of her animals. We had an "open adoption" keeping in touch weekly. Sadly, she has since died. In honor of "Buddy" moving from Montana country to California wine country, I renamed him a fitting, Italian name, Vino Bambino, which suits his very silly personality. Spinones are hilarious!
