More: Blue is the ultimate family companion and hunting dog. I picked him out of my litter between Dottie & Red. Blue quickly became my best buddie and is my main hunting dog of wild birds (grouse, woodies, & pheasants) and Blue is a much requested dog at the shooting preserve I guide part time at to keep me and all my dogs in shape. After 50 years of being involved with the breed, judging field trials, hunt test , training & producing AKC Master Hunters & Field Trial Champions, Blue is the total package. Most of all my best friend!
