More: Windsor is the sweetest dog I have ever known. Windsor knows she is pretty so when people acknowledge this she is so happy. Windsor does not believe a walk has happened unless some one sees her and pets her. I call her Miss Congeniality cause she is a happy pretty girl and is loved by all who meet her.
