More: Winnie is silly, sensitive, and smart. She is scared of garbage trucks, but not fireworks or thunder. She is wonderful with other dogs, kids, and cats. Her best friend is Harry the cat. She is a new transplant to Florida, but took quickly to running on the beach, kicking up sand, but slow to trust the water for a swim.
