Her foster dad Dave Wilson, a former long haul truck driver fosters ten dogs at a time, in addition to his 10+ dogs! He is amazing at rehabilitating stray and neglected dogs and keeps those he can’t find a home for. He’s a true saint. Winnie owes her life to Dave!
