More: Yampa was rescued by us a few months ago and after some much needed veterinarian care, he has settled in well at our organic farm. He watches over our pastured pigs, goats, and chickens every day and night and although he is 110 pounds, is ever so gentle with every person he meets. We are located near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado and Yampa walks the pastures with our children as they play and frightens off all predators who dare to come close to our fences.
