More: Yeti started life as a seeing eye dog for Fidelco. He made it all the way through his training but just before he was assigned a person to guide it was discovered that he had lipid deposits on his eyes. Not knowing if this would effect his sight in the future, Fidelco had to take Yeti out of the program. Yeti still remembers his training to this day, but most days are spent playing fetch, barking at the UPS driver, and going for hikes all around New England.
