More: My name is Kodiak. My mom got Yukon because I was injured in a hockey game and not allowed to play hockey (or any other sports) for a year as I recovered. Yukon was my healing friend. Because of my injury, along with Covid, we spent most of our time together. I left for college in Boulder, CO, last week and I had to say good bye to my friend. While I am having fun in school, I miss him…but I will visit him (and my Mom)!
