More: As a widow, Zara was my lifesaver during the pandemic after my 11 yo black lab girl died suddenly & unexpectedly. I don’t think I could have handled the isolation by being alone. It has been fun to raise her from an 8 week old puppy to the sweet, smart, happy girl she is now. She’s known as the neighborhood dog since she’s brought such joy to everyone during the tough last year. The neighbor kids (mainly boys) ring the doorbell & ask her to come out & play. Funny to watch their games with her - hide ‘n seek, races, ball playing & nerf gun. Zara is a college graduate from the Olde Towne School for Dogs, Alexandria, VA. I bought the Orvis back & front seats protector 4 yr ago when I bought my new car. They are absolutely the best in quality, durability & washability.
