More: My husband and I were hiking with Zoe when she saw these duck hunters and their decoys out in the lake. She ran from the woods to the shore, jumped in the lake and swam out to the hunters. Zoe was so excited and jumped up into their boat to hang out with them. They were kind enough to carry her back to shore albeit she was clearly disappointed. We love having a breed that thrives on outdoor adventures, and even more, we are grateful for the kindness and patience of random strangers. We brought Zoe home after our previous vizsla passed away at a very young age. Zoe means “life” and that’s what we needed on many levels while suffering loss. She has turned out to be an amazing dog that loves life and loves everyone. Zoe is my heart dog and has given us more than we’ll ever be able to give her. Love this girl!
