More: Joey was hit by a car when he was a puppy. The owners at the time didn't want to pay for the surgery that he needed. So he had the surgery and energy up in foster care. My sister was fostering him and thats when I met him and decided to adopt him. He is an amazing dog with a wonderful personality.
