Frequently Asked Question

Can you give me any tips for taking Cover-Worthy photos?

ALL DOGS WELCOME
Any age, breed, or size, just one pup or a whole pack—we love all dogs. Orvis dogs are as diverse as the people who love them and the places they explore.

INSPIRED, NATURALLY
On the water, hitting the trail, or just exploring, show us how your dog enjoys the outdoors.

IN THE ACTION
Can’t sit still? Fine by us. Dock dives, snow-day zoomies, trail runs, or epic rounds of fetch—show off your active dog doing what they do best.

DOG PEOPLE
Celebrate your bond with images of pups and their people living their best lives outdoors, together.

ALWAYS UP FOR THE RIDE
From float trips to car camping, your dog’s here for it and so are we. Show us how you go with images that capture the journey (be sure to stay safe!).

 A FRESH PERSPECTIVE
From sweeping views to up close and personal, staying curious with your camera pays off. Try viewing the world at your dog’s level or elevating their perspective.

IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS
Communing nose-to-nose with a just-landed trout, sneaking in a face lick while loading up the truck, or pausing on the trail to sniff out the squirrels ahead—your dog savors every moment. Help us feel like we’re there with you by capturing those small, but important details along the way.
