More: Lou is a spark plug and likes to chew on Harley's ankles and tail to talk him into playing with her. Harley was bred to be a service dog for children on the autism spectrum but was lovingly graduated out of the program for lacking the focus and energy required to be a working dog. We refer to him as a puddle, he's just here for the love and pets.
