More: Axl is our blue roan cocker spaniel who we initially fostered. He came to us through Spaniel Aid, a UK charity for the rehoming of spaniels. I'm pleased to say that his story is good, he came from lovely owners and had a great life before we homed him. Sometimes circumstances change and he was indeed a very much loved dog. He's super intelligent as he was in training to be an aid dog. He still tried to drag socks out of the washing machine!
