More: Chilly was born on October 20, 2016 in frigid (hence the name) Caledonia County, Vermont. We adopted her on December 31, 2016 and she returned to Puerto Rico with us, where she has adapted well to her warm, snow-free environment by swimming every chance she gets. In this picture, she was floating with the family at a secluded beach (reachable only by boat) in Culebra, one of two island towns off eastern Puerto Rico commonly referred to as the Spanish Virgin Islands.
