More: This photo was taken on July 4th of this year at Captain’s favorite lake in northern Wisconsin. A few weeks later he was diagnosed with Lymphoma and has started chemotherapy treatment at an animal hospital in Madison. He is motivated to “kick cancer’s tail” so he can get back to swimming in the lakes he loves! Captain is the sweetest golden retriever and loves to give hugs. Captain is short for Captain America (named by a ten year old) and we know he’s got this!
