More: Dewey’s story is one of second chances and pure joy. He was originally purchased in Hungary to be a show dog, but when a medical condition kept him from that path, he was sadly discarded and spent much of his early life in a backyard. We were lucky enough to rescue him last year, and since then his world has completely changed. Now, Dewey’s days are filled with adventures on wooded trails, chasing after leaves, and soaking up every new sight and smell. He’s learning what it means to just be a dog—curious, playful, and endlessly happy. Best of all, he gets to share these moments with his brother, Finn, who has become his partner in every adventure. Dewey’s resilience, sweet nature, and zest for life inspire us daily, and we couldn’t be more grateful to give him the life he deserves.
