More: Fig is my best friend. He’s the perfect balance of chaos and calm, running full speed through the woods one second, and then completely still the next dialed in on birds or watching the water with me while I fish. We spend a lot of time outside together just doing our thing side by side (or a half mile apart, Fig running like a maniac off leash). He’s extremely in tune with everything around him, and he reminds me to do the same. Training him has hands down been the time of my life. Watching it all click for him and building the bond we have together has been incredibly rewarding!
