More: She’s an absolute stud! We live in Nevada and hunt all over the west chasing every species of upland bird throughout the year. Once a year, we fly down to Florida to hunt at The Gilchrist Club, an Orvis property, to get a mid season tune up on quail, pheasant and chukar. She’s an orvis dog through and through, one of the guides’ favorites to watch when we come into town. My passion for wing shooting began at that property and Orvis has become a staple in our upland gear pack out.
