More: Rosie and Loui were best friends and neighbors. They were both rescued around the same time. Their owners became best friends. Unfortunately Rosie passed away a year ago and now Loui does double duty. He literally has two homes. The neighbors were heartbroken when Rosie passed but we share Loui.
