More: Bailee was a rescue dog. Fully grown she weighed 22 lbs... every rib was visible. She had a thick carpenters belt held together with duct tape around her neck. Consequently, her neck was all sores and raw. She was scared of everything and everyone.she gained 38 lbs and actually grew 3 inches taller. She is the friendliest, happiest dog ever. She has helped us get through some tough times and can’t give her enough hugs and kisses!!!
