More: Michelle had a very hard time getting up the last year of her life ... getting worse as time went on. We ordered the Orvis harness to use to help get her get up. She loved the fact that she could continue to go on her daily walks.. it was her favorite thing to do. She would gladly put her legs out so we could put on her harness, knowing she could then be helped up and move around the house. She was just too heavy for us to get her up without the harness. We have Orvis to thank for making our baby's last year with us more normal!
