More: Spot rescued us after my husband had a severe brain injury and came out of a coma saying, “We need a new puppy and his name will be Spot!” Spot was rescued from Mississippi with his mom and siblings after being abandoned besides a highway. Coyotes sadly got some of the pups, but we were blessed that Spot was brought to NY with his family, and then to us to help rehab his daddy and steal all of our hearts 💙
