More: Phoenix was rescued from a local shelter. He was chained up outside and did not have much human interaction. Once he came home he was skittish of every movement and noise. Now he is the most gentle and loving dog who loves morning snuggles. He shares our home with 2 Huskies and Beagle that are also rescues
