More: My husband and I adopted Roamie at 2 1/2 years old from a family unable to give him the exercise and attention he needed thus causing behavior issues. I brought him home in the dead of winter and we went out in a huge field near the housing tract three times a day to explore and get the exercise we both needed and bonded immediately. He loves to chase balls and catch airborne, etc. He rides well in the canoe, likes to swim but has a lifejacket for the boat. He's a great companion off leash, loves exploring mountain trails, and is playful and yet very patient for a young dog. He's quite a character stealing socks, dad's glasses and bows off presents to get attention - the chase is on! He loves to pose for pictures!
