More: Phoebe is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. She has traveled across country multiple times and is always ready for the next outdoor adventure. One of her favorite trips is to Greenwood, Delaware where she has free roam of her great-grandfather's farm and plays ball all day (pictured)!
