More: Ajja and Kini love to go fishing with us on the boat here in S Florida. Both dogs know exactly what it means when they hear the drag go off on a fishing reel and can hardly contain their excitment! Ajja spends most of her time hunting bait fish in the shallow water, while Kini’s favorite thing to do is fetch a stick. Ajja and I (mom)were featured in the book “Paddle Tails” by Maria Schultz, a book about people who paddle with their dogs. Ajja grew up on the water and has been boating since she was 8 weeks old. Kini was adopted at about 7 mos old and has fit right in with her older sister. Both LOVE being on the water!
