More: In October 2020, we lost Aspen to a complication after he had surgery to remove a hepatocellular carcinoma tumor on his liver. Aspen was the most adventurous, spunky and loving dog who loved to watch TV as much as he loved to be outside chasing squirrels. We are grateful for the nearly ten years he had on this earth, and glad to have such a great guard dog watching over us from heaven.
