More: Our sweet Baxter lost his back leg due to sarcoma of the paw when he was 10 years old. His prognosis was questionable but he lived until he was 16, passing of natural causes in October 2021. As a tripod, he could run faster than most dogs of any age! He never missed a beat. Most people seemed surprised he only had 3 legs since he was so mobile and happy! He loved posing for photos!
