More: Birdie is my best buddy. She snuck into the dorms my freshman year of college in a laundry hamper, and has gone everywhere with me ever since. She became a therapy dog and has visited students in my elementary classroom as well as nursing homes. She is also my grouse hunting and duck hunting companion. I couldn’t ask for a more loyal laid back companion.
