More: We truly hit the jackpot with Our little boy Bleu 2 years ago (almost to the day). Spotted him at a rescue event. Bleu had been living at a vet clinic for about 4 months when we got him- an owner surrender after a year, then another family (poor guy). Sadly, Bleu was also heartworm positive. He received the treatment soon after we got him. He’s been through a lot, but life sure is good now! He’s a rockstar and a real head turner- receives so much attention living downtown Austin (and Santa Fe, NM).
