More: We just adopted Rosie on November 1st! My husband, Andrew, is a pilot and occasionally does rescue missions for Pilots and Paws, an organization that flies pets to their forever homes. In October I flew with him for the first time to Alabama to pick up a litter that had been dumped but thankfully found and needed to go to a foster in North Georgia. I fell in love with Rosie on the flight and after she received a clean bill of health we were able to take her home about 2 weeks later. I’m not allowed to help anymore since I obviously can’t be trusted not bring them all home! :-)
