More: We got him 3 months ago from Unega mountain dog rescue. 3 months ago they saved him & 30+ other pups from a horrific backyard hoarding boneyard situation. I don’t know how they managed to survive an Idaho winter outdoors but I’m so glad they did. We picked him up when he was about 4 months old. He was scared of human touch, he’d cry & hide if you tried to pick him up yet he let us carry him up & down the stairs to his first indoor home, give him his first bath, first leash & collar and it’s all been so special watching him learn to trust, try new things and enjoy life. He’s an absolute love. He loves to put his head in your lap and get cuddles. He’s super goofy and collects toys on his dog bed. We take him on horse back trail rides with us and he stays close by the entire time which is impressive to me given his background.
