More: Buddy was a rescue from a high kill shelter in California. He and his litter were discovered discarded in a farm field at approximately 5 weeks old. After a stint in the shelter he was bussed on the rescue bus in the middle of the night and relocated to Oregon. We are his foster failures. We fostered Buddy and two litter mates, and he was an instant part of our family.
