More: Casper is a rescue. His former owner had cancer in her legs and could not take care of him anymore. My daughter works for an Animal hospital and the former owner came in and asked would anyone want this beautiful baby. I jumped fast when my daughter told me. Casper does have health issues. He has a heart murmer and seizures. But he is very loved and so snuggly. I will love him forever..
