More: Charlie is very sweet, smart, funny and loving. He is a friend to every one & everythingng. His personality fits him perfectly! He is always happy and such a great best friend. I'm so lucky to be his owner. In this picture, the upper right side of his lip was stuck upwards instead of down. I thought it looked hilarious!
