More: Chili was rescued from the streets of Mexico City. He wound up at a shelter in Arizona and was flown to a rescue in Western Montana on Halloween three years ago. We lost our 11 year old Pomeranian to cancer on Halloween and rescued Chili on November 27th. He loves the lake and any outdoor adventure! He’s been to both the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean!
