More: Chispa was brought to the Solano County shelter to be euthanized. Veterinarians Dr. Daryani and Dr. Noack could see that she was a sweetheart and had lots more life in her. We adopted her and she has been the happiest, and bossiest dog around! She brings us so much joy!
