More: Curtis was a 1 year old English Pointer and Labrador mix. He was full of energy and lived life to the fullest. Shortly after his 1st birthday, he became sick and was diagnosed with Sarcoma cancer that was very far along and very aggressive. Curtis lived 3 months after his diagnosis and we made every day count. He loved the outdoors and spent his last days on earth outside exploring. In this photo, he was swimming in the Escatawpa River and chasing birds through the woods, two of his favorite things. When he got too weak to play outside, he spent his last few days inside with his family, watching movies and cuddling on the couch until it was time for him to cross the rainbow bridge. He will always be remembered as our big adventurous boy who never met a stranger.
