More: Promises Animal Rescue obtained Daisy from a shelter in South Carolina. She was flown to Virginia by Paws for Pilots and we adopted her in May 2020. Daisy was terrified of everything in the beginning. She was chained up most of her life and most things were brand new to her; including, streams, rivers and lakes. Now Daisy enjoys her new found freedom running in our fields, going on trips, hiking, taking walks everyday, and living indoors as a beloved family member.
